My new record, My Dony is being launched out in to the music world. I think it's my best one yet! The core studio band consists of producer Dirk Powell, Jason Sypher, and Jamie Dick with Corey Ledet and Kelli Jones joining us for a few tunes. Special guests Rhiannon Giddens, Allison Russell, and Amythyst Kiah join us for a rousing gospel tune.

You can make My Dony not just an artistic success, but financially viable. Please join my crowd funding to help defray the pre-production costs and help with the considerable post-production expenses.

I am writing to ask for your help by joining the campaign at whatever level is comfortable for you. I also ask, that since you'll be participating, to please get in at the beginning of the fundraising, right when it starts this Monday morning at 11 Pacific.

You can really help me then because IndieGoGo rewards those campaigns who have 25-33% of their goal close to launch. These are the most crucial few hours of the whole effort.
