Lesson Plan/Requirements
Songwriting & Performance
Write a short essay titled, “The Process." The purpose of this essay is to share the story about your process towards the great achievement of becoming a Level 10 player and to inspire other BluesHarmonica.com students to do the same. This will be published on the BluesHarmonica.com website.
Video record and publish to YouTube you performing (club, church, house… wherever is most convenient for you) with a band (or to a jam track) in front of a live audience (large or small, it just needs to be in front of people) the following original compositions. You can do tribute or arrangement writing if you wish (as outline in Improvising Study 7). You are welcomed to, and encouraged to, send me (David Barrett) each composition as you complete them… I want to help you sound your best on the big day.
