Order or effect in my chain

Hello, Can anyone give me some advice as a starting point for the order of my effects? I mainly just go with my LW octave and my LW v2 delay but I have accumulated a few more and am plying out with friends more so I was trying to get a more versatile rig. Currently I have it in this order: Shield, LW Break, LW Octave, MXR Boost, V2 Delay and Sonic Stomp. I run them through my HG2 or my Kalamazoo 2. Its ok I think but and change suggestions would be much appreciate. 

The one big Delma I'm having is where to put my LW Tone Plus In my chain. I'm trying to find an optimal place for it to use my fender deluxe reverb and a few other guitar amps. This pedal will probably only be on when using higher gain amps.
