I can't do my 4  bending properly, I almost get the half tone but I can't reach the right tone in the ninja harp. I have no problem with the other bendings Can you give me any tip to improve it? Thanks

Hello kolomot. It's all

Hello kolomot.

It's all about experimenting with what part of your tongue humps up in your mouth... the front of your tongue in the front of your mouth... the middle of your tongue in the middle of your mouth, etc.

Typically, the 4' is found by humping the middle of your tongue, in the middle of your mouth, slightly behind your eye teeth. Once you hump your tongue there, experiment with raising the back of your tongue slightly to get more depth of the bend.

In most cases, when a student has issues with the 4', they're trying to hump their tongue too far back, so it's the middle-front of your mouth you want to experiment with.

Keep experimenting, you'll get it over time.
