David,
I'm a little confused on what you are looking for regarding the LOA4 accompaniment playing test material. If I study and can play "I want you with me" version 2 study song, will this meet the requirements?

Cool. It's always a good idea
Cool. It's always a good idea when completing an LOA to go to the next LOA test page and print it for reference, it has exactly what I'm looking for.
Evening Josh. In this case you're going to make your own accompaniment up, based on what you've learned. Here is the test page http://www.bluesharmonica.com/take_level_4_test that states what I'm looking for. It states...
"Use the provided jam track (“I Want You With Me” Jam Track) and play a couple of choruses, using the Charleston Rhythm, Chording or anything else you feel is appropriate under the vocals. When Jon’s not singing, play Fills. Play in the style of “I Want You With Me, Version 2,” but don’t copy directly... come up with some ideas of your own."
Let me know if you have further questions.
