Advanced Artist Studies

Hi David,
After completing tounge blocking 5 and bending 5 studies I would like to tackle the advanced artist studies. Out of Little Walter, Big Walter, Gary Smith, & William Clarke, what would be the best order to study them? Also out of curiosity, do you eventually plan to have a George Harmonica Smith artist study? And if so, what will be the key focus (it seems like the more recent artist studies have a focus)?

Go ahead and study whichever one excites you the most... no need to go in any order. By the time you reach that level you'll know most of the techniques... it's all about just digging in and learning a great song. I plan on having artist studies for all artists... but right now it's not a priority... I have other "official" lessons that are much more important... theory and accompaniment playing at the moment... two HUGE subjects (like improvising was). I'm not sure what the focus would be for George... most likely it will be his chromatic and diatonic playing mixed in one song.
