Amazing Slow Downer

Has anyone had trouble with the Amazing Slow Downer app? I have the app on my Iphone and used to be able to easily click on the "Wi-Fi Import tab on the bottom, get the URL shown, and connect with my PC. The response below is from Bing:
The URL you provided is not accessible. It seems that the website is currently unavailable and down for everybody or you have entered an invalid domain name for this query 1.
I have no luck at all with Chrome. I have a pretty old version of ASD.

Thanks for the feedback. They're both on the same network, so that shouldn't be an issue. I keep going back to it being an old version. Wondering if I shouldn't just delete the app and reload.
I can't give you a complete answer as I can't get my iOS copy of ASD to show that WiFi button. Mine wants to import from my local iTunes library or downloads. However, I get why Bing is confused. The IP address shown is not a routable address, so the two devices must be on the same network. Is it possible that the phone and computer aren't connected to the same wifi network?
