Ever heard of one of this mics? Saw a guy playin' one the other day and it sounded pretty good. I was surprised I had never heard of it.

Hello Johnny,
Yep, AMERICAN MICROPHONES was an early page in dynamic mic development. The D7 and D7T were small-bodied dynamics that could be adapted for harp use. Not particularly rare, not particularly common in use for harp, but HEY! Why not? It's an old dog that COULD be taught.
