Watch the intro and then the video titled "Medium Vintage Amp (Fender Princeton Reverb)" this amp is very close to yours. Basically you'll set the treble to around 2, middle to around 3 or 4, and bass all the way up.

Watch the video titled "Basic tone settings" and "Tube substitutions" You have three preamp tubes on your amp (the smaller tubes). If you change the left and right (not the middle, you don't need to) to 12AY7 tubes, the amp will sound better for harmonica.
