Go in front of a mirror, play an 8 draw, take the harp out of your mouth, look inside your mouth and confirm that your tongue is lowered. When playing, make sure that you're staying relaxed as well. It's easy to let the tongue sneak up and allow your muscles to tense as you're "trying" to make a phrase sound good. These are the tips... now it's just up to you to practice them over time.
