Hello Richard.
The one harp you'll need is the A Harmonica
What "favorite pattern" are you speaking of? Can you please provide me a link to the lesson page and tell me which video link name it is found and at what time in the video you're speaking of... I'll take a listen to it for you.
Okay, thank you Richard. I'm sorry, I don't personally use those systems and am unfamiliar with them.
Welcome to the site rperrier. There is an intro lesson for those with only the C Harmonica, and it is found here http://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/c_harmonica_intro_lesson. After this lesson if you decide to continue you will need to pick up an A Harmonica (it's the most common harmonica used in blues). Best wishes on your studies.
Hello rperrier, welcome to the site.
1) Yes, you can use any A harmonica you want... go for it.
2) Yes, my last two fingers drop downwards when using my right hand. Here are lessons that you can use to see my hand position instruction.

I'm not sure what you're speaking in regards to, "How many finger tips is showing in right hand hole." Please elaborate, thanks.
