Here's the School of the Blues standards list that each of the student house bands learn. The first 9 songs represent the common grooves in the blues (as well as song 12 for a swing). Songs 10 and 11 are common 8 bar blues progressions and songs 13 through 20 are famous songs that have specific elements that need to be learned to be played well. There are various elements in these songs (breaks for example and errors in timing/form) that also help a new blues band learn their trade. You know that Joe Filisko has video lesson at BluesHarmonica.com, but you may not know that he has blues harmonica study songs (with music notation and recording) at his website http://www.filiskostore.com/category/34192016 for sale. If you like having purpose-written songs for the studying harmonica player, these are invaluable.

If you have a veracious apatite for learning songs (good for you!) and want more than what I've written for you on BluesHarmonica.com, Joe Filisko has some great study songs at http://www.filiskostore.com. He uses a different notation system than I, but it's common in the harmonica world to develop the skill to read multiple notation systems since there's no standard.
P.S., I really like "Rice Cool Blues," it uses chords, single notes and some bending that's fast, but used not too often.
