Today the Echo Vamper can be had as the Hohner Marine Band 364 12 hole. They come in the keys of G, LD, and LC they're very cool harps.

Keys of Marine band 364
I haven't been able to see the marine band 364 in any key besides low C. I think any low keyed harp would give you a similar sound though. Where do you find the Low D 364? I checked on the Hohner catalog and haven't seen it available. Perhaps they recently stopped making it?

Coast to Coast
I just checked the Coast to Coast site and they have the LC, LD, and G. It may fool you that they are called C, D, and G but they are LD, LC, and G. Something around $45.00. Good Luck
