Can I submit LOA files via emai

I have my MP3 files ready to go on my mac.  How do i submit them?  Can I email the folder to you?  I am a bit confused on this.

I can submit the pdf with no problem but when I click on the “if you have a Mac” link it takes me to a broken link page on the Apple website.
