D harp make funny sound

Kinya,
I only experience this problem on my D harp, on the low end (ie 3 draw bend) I get a buzzing, screeching noise especially on bends. I thought it would be how the reed was aligned in the slot but when I looked it appears fine, is that likely the problem and I'm just not seeing it or would you suggest something else?

I'll check again
I looked once and didn't think it was a problem however after the gaping study I feel I understand tolerances better. I will check with the gauge this time. Maybe it's just me, D harp is/has been a difficult key for me.

Did you say something to upset your harmonica ;o)
Is this unique to a particular make/model harmonica (D)?
Are you certain, both reed edges are free and clear from hitting the reed plate slots (even the Zero Point area)?
Have you experimented with gapping the reeds yet?
