D Harp whole step bend
Hi David,
Most of my bending has been coming along slowly but surely. However, I came to another wall trying to bend the 3 draw a whole step (to a B) on the D harmonica. I reviewed the FAQ and bending videos but am still having difficulty.
You gave me quick fix last month with the A harp 3 draw half step bend, I was wondering if you had any juicy tidbits for my current dilemma, that being the D harp, 3 draw whole step bend. I can get the C and Bb but it's skipping the B.

Awesome. The front of the tongue thing fixed it. Now it's just a matter of working on controlling it back and forth.
As far as the Bassman, I had switched out a couple of the tubes per your suggestion but held off on the rectifier until I heard back from Skip. Just received the rectifier in the mail today and popped it in. Sounds fantastic. Really starting to get closer to the tone I want. I think the rest is just technique and skill and I know that will come with time. Just enjoying the process.

Cool, a good sounding Bassman is a wondrous thing :-)
Again, focus on controlling the 3" with the front of the tongue... experiment, experiment, experiment!
BTW, how's that bassman sounding?
