David's Tip of The Day on 'Right Way Up'
I might be wrong but it looks like Sonny Boy II gets it 'wrong way up' at the opening of his rendition of Ninety Nine with Otis Spann during one of their European tours with the American Folk Blues festival in the 1960's.
Hi!!!
i'm not sure about, because i see Rice Miller in another video do the same thing ;-)
well, I see him flip the harp. So it might be he was just quickly testing the instrument if it was the right way up.
oh boy, what a showman!
This is the link of the video where Rice Miller do the "wrong way up" at 2:52

probably i'm in the wrong way and not the harmonica :-))) but it gives me the impression that he does it on purpose....
I think he just made there same mistake but used the same trick as in the other video....
what a suave dude ;)
Yeah - IMHO its definitely a "wrong way in" thing but the pros just carry on and don't even look at it like we (well me anyways) do.
Nice... just ad "oh yah" and you're covered... man he was slick! :-)
