Down Loading lessons to a PC

I've used the search feature and tried on my own but cant figure out how to download the lessons to my computer. I'm trying to get them into iTunes so I can practice on the go..... And yes, I am computer illiterate.....

Hello 7.o.3. Downloading videos lessons is not permitted. You are welcome to download the support material (MP3s and PDF Music). This is done by right-clicking or control-clicking and saving the file to your desktop.
