1) 6+ on bar one uses a tremolo, nothing else
2) 6+ on the 5th bar uses a tremolo, nothing else
3) The 5 draw in bar 8 is a flutter tongue (great technique). This is notated in the music notation with the three slashes below the note head. You'll also see this technique taught and explained in "Gary's Blues."
