Feeler gauges
Kinya, I read where you said one needs feeler gauges that begin at .001", but the Seydel gauges start at .002". Does the .001 come in to play often?
So how's it going with the new guages?

The UST is still available. Rockin Ron has it on hand. It has been changed some but the business end is still the same. It now has a reed wrench on the head of it and a reed plinker for a tail where the wide end was. It also has kind of a knife edge to pry coverplates off.

Hi Mark,
Q1: Even though I've been sick, I've tried to play about 1/2 hour each day when I had breath. Do you know how long germs will stay on the one harp I've been using?
A1: At $22, I use and recommend an Ozone Sanitizer

Q2: Will the 4" swivel vise w/anvil, (https://www.harborfreight.com/hand-tools/vises-anvils.html, part #63330), for $39.95, serve to set the zero point on all reeds at once, since I don't think the one designed by Dick Sjoberg is available.
A2: Since we filmed that segment, I decided it was too risky a technique to expose to beginner Harp Techs. Pass on this one.
Q3: Do you have any plans to update the reed slot sizing videos since the UST is no longer available, using tool offerings from Andrew Zajac or Richard Sleigh?
A3: Thanx Mike!

Apparently, harmonicoccus can not survive this contraption.
