The study songs, specifically "Walk With Me" is only played in the key of A but from the intro video it is said that there is many keys recorded but I cannot find that song in the key of C on this website which is what I am starting with at the moment. Is there something that I am missing or is this only in the key of A for thses study songs?
Morning Jared. Yes, there is an intro lesson for those with only the C Harmonica, and it is found here http://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/c_harmonica_intro_lesson and has that study song and some folk tunes in the key of C. The majority of the songs are on the A Harmonica, since it is the most common harmonica used in blues. A standard set is G, A, Bb, C and D... and they're all used faulty often, with emphasis on the first harmonicas listen because they're lower (they sound warmer and more pleasing the ear generally). You'll need to get those all over time, but the A is the most important. So, if you want to continue your studies, get that A harmonica.
