Good Source For Easier Tab To Read/Play
I have purchase quite a few Hal Leonard Chicago Blues Harmonica tab books. But for the life of me I cannot figure out the tab.
I am a advanced beginner and I want to hear the classics beging played and attempt to play some of it. Some follk say just listen to it and you don't need tabs.
Well later on, maybe for me. Does anybody know of a good source of maybe Little Walter's songs or anyone of that stature that I can find.
I love playing the instructional songs, but I am trying to get playing some Classics. Maybe when I go to heavean. ha...
Thank you so much.
Tom Ball has a book titled "Sourcebook of Little Walter / Big Walter Licks for Blues Harmonica". It's an excellent book and it comes with a CD where Tom demonstrates all the licks.
Hi Will...I have the book "Little Walter: Harmonica Play Along, Volume 13". I haven't attempted yet to learn much from it, yet, but, the songs are tabbed out and there are backing tracks to all the songs so you can play along with the band. I think it is quite well done.
