Learning solos from David's interviews

I recently figured out that the artist performance pieces that David places at the beginning of most interviews is a great place to learn solo harmonica ideas.  I pieces that I am working on now are from the solo by Mark Hummel, as well as the full solo by Annie Raines.  Mark kept time by tapping his foot so that made it easier to figure out the note values and rhythym.  Annie's solo is very soulful, and I can't figure out timing other than to just feel the phrases.  Anyone have any ideas including what chord structure that Annie might be following in her head?  I know that its in the key of F (Bb harmonica).
