A little overwhelmed lots of material.
I am in love with your site awesome work David. But i'm new to the site and i find myself jumping all over the place. So i decided to start with Blues for Big Nate. i really like that slow blues and i find it has a lot of little useful licks contained in it. i looked at the beginning material and found it a little easy, i am a beginner but i practice a lot of hours a day. I spend many hours in my car driving and practicing. Anyway i want to jump into some of the improvising stuff i looked at it briefly but i don't have a Bb harp yet own about 8 that isn't one will soon. Do you think that's a good place to start? Is it a good idea to work on the study song plus improvising as well hope i here from you and thanks again for all your help.
Pleasure to have you on the site. Find a bending study song (maybe Study 2.5 for you) AND a tongue blocking study song (probably Study 3) that challenges your technique and start working on them at the same time. If you still have time while you work on those, yes, go ahead and dig into the improvising studies. Get that Bb harp!... it's a killer harp.
