Hello Auxin, welcome to the

Hello Auxin, welcome to the site. With a C Harmonica I assume you're studying the C Harmonica Intro Lesson here http://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/c_harmonica_intro_lesson

The focus of that lesson is to eventually be able to play a single note, and this is what you'll need to play "Love me Do"

The opening line is 5 5+ 4 3+ 3+ 3+ 3+ 3+, 5 5 5 5+ 5+ 5+ 5+ 4 3+ 3+ 3+ 3+ 3+, 5 5+ 4 3+ 3+, 3+ 4+ 3 3+ 3+ 3+ 3+ 3+ 3+, 3+ 4+ 3

The issue is that he's not using a diatonic harmonica, he's using a chromatic harmonica. Focus on playing the opening line when it comes up, which is completely playable on the diatonic and get rid of the other section that requires you to play a chromatic.

Here's a fun article on the song http://www.patmissin.com/ffaq/q29.html
