Memorizing licks

Hi there, im finding learning new licks and memorizing them a real challenge. Can anyone give me any tips on how i can build up harp vocab or point me in the right direction. i've been learning chorus forms, but im getting a little bit bored of playing the same licks. I really can't see myself having lots of licks stored that i can pull out.Does anyone know of any good blues licks books/ebooks, as im eager to learn.
thanks.
Mark
Hello Mark. The licks come from your study songs. Keep working through the study songs and circle the licks you like and use the Chorus Form process to help you both memorize and learn how to place them into context while jamming.
Once your technique is at the level that you can copy what players are doing on recordings (once you've completed Tongue Blocking Study 4 and Bending Study 5), their songs will become your resource for licks.
Simply put, licks are all over the place... easy to find... so no books are needed. The easier licks are found in your leveled lessons and the more challenging licks are found in artist's songs.
Either learn a song and take out the licks you like to work with and commit to memory, or don't even learn a whole song... just grab the licks you like.
