Hi Dave,

Am I to use tongue blocking on this exercise?  Would I also use jaw movement?

Hello Fuschia. Yes, tongue block for everything you learn on the site. You can also use jaw movement, absolutely. A general rule is that if you move the left one hole and then come back, or to right one hole and move back, jaw movement is something that you can use. Experiment, it's not a technique that everyone uses... see if it clicks with you.
