Hi David, Everything up to this chart was a breeze. Now feeling totally lost that I should know how to fill in this chart.  What can I review to get a handle on it and make my head stop hurting?  thanks.

Thank you markmegben. You'll want to focus on watching the video on how major scales are built. Follow along with me on the piano (you can print out the quick reference sheet in the lesson if you don't own a piano)... it will be very helpful for you to physically follow along.
