Paul Delay?

On the album TAKE IT FROM THE TURNAROUND I am curious about the harp/key of song relationship on the third selection. It sounds like the song is in Bb and that he is using a C chromatic with the button in. To play in 2nd position on a diatonic he would be using an Eb, so has he just used the Eb possibility that you get with the button in on the chromatic instead of a diatonic?
If you mean the tune "The Other One," it's in Eb, played on a C chromatic in 10th position. He's playing it mostly like 3rd position with the slide mostly held in (You can play in Eb in a way that doesn't resemble 3rd). he does some slide jabs - starting a slide-oin note with the slide out then quickly jabbing it in to arrive at the note.
When he played a C chromatic, Paul favored the Super 64, a 16-hole model, and it sounds here like he's playing a 16-hole instrument. He sometimes played 12-hole chromatics in other keys, usually in 3rd or 10th.
For second position diatonic, he'd be using an Ab harp.
