Playing a song with two harmonicas
I am working on an arrangement for the song "Roll In My Sweet Baby's Arms" in G using a
Special 20 G and C. I switch back and forth a lot so I use a rubber band to hold the
harmonicas together with a small spacer between them. Does anyone know of a better
holder you can make or buy for a two harmonica type of song arrangement ? Ron

I did find a single harp holder at http://www.harplock.com/ . It uses a magnet to hold the harmonica.
I changed the spacer on my two harmonica mount to two small magnets but still need the rubberbands
to hold the harmonicas together. This seems to work better and it only cost me $2 for the magnets. My
problem now is comming up with the arrangement that best uses the notes and chords available on the
two harmonicas. I was thinking that if I used a Key of C and a Key of F# I could play a single note melody
in any key. Is this correct ?

The single harp holder Hohner makes is pretty great too.
There used to be a product advertised in Blues Revue years ago called the "Harp Holder".
Honestly don't know if they are still available. It was comprised of a metal ring type mount
with which to attach it to a bullet syle mic and held two harmonicas. Maybe try some buy
and sell sections in harmonica forums (HarpL etc) or E(vil)bay.
