Seydel Tool Kit
Hello Kinya,
Thank you for the superb videos in which you explore three different harmonica tool kits.
Have you tried the Seydel Tool Kit? If so, what do you think of it?
There appear to be two versions:
https://harmonicaland.com/en/389-seydel-toolset.html (a whopping $200!)
There's also a less expensive version that I think has the same tools (it's the same unit #) but a cheaper carrying case:

Keen to hear your thoughts about it and if you think it's worth the extra price compared with the Hohner kit you reviewed.
Gratefully,
Dr. Spoons
Hi Doc. I'm ALWAYS looking at high quality tools to enhance my repair and customizing work. The Seydel offerings are top notch-you can't go wrong...
The link to the $200 Seydel Tool Kit did not have details of it's contents, so I can not comment on that. However, the Seydel site, https://www.seydel1847.de/SEYDEL-Toolset-Basic @ $261.74 "super kit" appears to be the updated version of the $200 kit from HarmonicaLand. This kit has wonderful high quality tools that will be useful for all your maintenance and reed replacement duties.
The second link, which directs you to the $139.95 Seydel Basic Tool Set looks perfectly fine as a "starter set".
Other exceptional tools kits you should consider are offered by Andrew Zajac, an authorized Hohner Customizer. Here is the link to https://harp.andrewzajac.ca/Tools
Let us know which kit you "invested" in. Decisions, Decisions, Decisions ;o)
btw, is Seydel your preferred harmonica?
Your Harpsmith, Kinya
