Thanks for the nice comments
Thanks for the nice comments everyone. I'm a GM retiree (2008) and around 2012 I purchased jp Allen's harp course and that's what started my harp obsession. Since then I have had some great teachers in Ronnie Shellist and Michael Rubin. Currently this site is my only teacher. This is by far the best harp site I have found
Sounds good, don't worry
Sounds good, don't worry about the effects, keep the time and work on your tone and bendings, great!
Solid stuff!
I think you are bang on with the study song - especially for only playing since 2012. The hard work is paying off. Reading your notes on YouTube, I would agree and highly encourage you you to set up the audio interface and use it with headphones (open if you can). I have found that to make a big difference. I have 3 delays I had the
Thanks man,I have 3 delays I had the danelectro de-1 plugged in but it was set at very little. My other 2 delays are a lone wolf delay and the memphis mini delay made by the same guy who made my memphis mini amp. I have small hands so I have been trying to find a comfortable cup technique for my hand size. I was using a biscuit mic I got from dennis gruenling for this but I also made a video using the new huemann element. I just need more experience playing amplified.
I have only been playing
I have only been playing since 2012 so any tips on my amplified playing is appreciated
