Very nice version of booze song ;-) Very well done!
KISS
Keeping it simple (harp, bass & vocals) certainly shows your talent off to its fullest. Great use of low harp in the comping with bass. George Thorogood drinks in a different order but he'd love this take!! Great take!!
Very nice
I love that just the way it's presented here, Rob. I'm sure it will evolve over time. How did the first presentation at open mic go??

Hi John and thanks for the comment. We've played this 3 or 4 times now at different venues and received a warm reception. The ending has also stayed and grown on me. I like the fact that the harp plays simple accompaniment throughout, making it a great first song to warm up with! Having read my description again I thought I should point out that I didn't mean that I actually created the name myself but rather that I figured it was a good (previously unused as far as google suggests) name for a band. More so considering that the three of us are respectively partial to the drinks in question. My new blues name is Rob Scotch although I think that my friend Keith Bourbon takes the "cool" prize. Credit certainly goes to the Jimmy Witherspoon version for inspiration.
