It should be there right underneath the bold "General Discussion." You need to contact David - I've had that problem in the past, and he took some action to clear it up.

When I click on a Forum, e.g. General Discussion, on the following screen under the name General Forum there's a link that says "Post New Forum Topic." Clicking that opens a screen with boxes to fill in. Is this what you're asking about? I'm using a Microsoft Edge on a Windows 10 PC.
A few times I've had issues when the "Post New Topic" link didn't show up - David had to take some action on his part to correct the situation. Here's the email address I used: support+id11693@bluesharmonica.zendesk.com
