Slide on a Hohner 64 Chromonica Professional

I bought a Hohner 64 Chromonica used that has the tip of the slide broken off.  I'm not sure if the slide replacements they sell online will work with it since I don't know the year.  I took it apart and attached a photo.  Is it retrievable?
