Hi Dave,  I hope I can ask this question in a way that makes sense.  I hear harp players play quickly through some series of notes.  I can figure out which notes they're playing, but they involve a combination of blow and draw notes, for example, 4 (draw), 4 (blow), 3 (draw), 3 (blow).  When I try to copy them, I can't get a smooth sound because I'm inhaling and exhaling, not just running down a series of notes.  Is there a trick to how musicians play these licks?

Hello Nance. No secret to

Hello Nance. No secret to this, your playing will become smoother over time. One suggestion would be to breathe with smaller movements of your diaphragm (similar to the feeling of panting), this will help you to alternate breaths more quickly.
