Steve Guyger interview
Monster player!
I really thank you David for this interview, for me has been the best in bluesharmonica.com since today.
I have really enjoyed the two first chapters where Steve spoke about early influences. It was like a Oz story about a man and the people he met on the road and it was great to know how a big studious of blues Steve is.
All my respect for the old guard, I wonder how they managed to learn so much with so little help, and other times I think that difficulty was fundamental for developing a musical ear and to get a good grounded technique.
His tone is superb, I love that a little bit airy stock marine band sound.
I like it!
Wow. I just can't get over Steve Guyger's tone. Even playing acoustic during this interview it blows me away. Perfect timing for this interview to come out as I'm currently studying the Steve Guyger Artist Study. Really inspired me to work on deepening my tone. Thank you David! Great interview.

One of my favorite interviews thus far.
Glad you like it. He, like I, learned it on our own... with a hell of a lot of work. We all had a little help along the way... for me it was Gary Smith... but for the most part we had to fend for ourselves.
