TBing the first 3 holes

Sorry to bother you on a Sunday. I have another question re tongue-blocking holes 1, 2 and 3. Since my tongue only has to block one or two holes, it has a tendency to use a part closer to the tip, or even the tip itself. Is this OK, or should I be resisting this tendency, and trying to keep exactly the same position as with the other holes?
There is some adjustment, but generally using the least amount of adjustment is best. When I play hole 3, I don't feel any difference in my tongue placement... my tongue blocks holes 2, 1 and the wood to the left of the harp. For playing hole 2, my embouchure is smaller and I use a little bit more forward of my tongue (not all the way to the tip though) and feel my tongue on the wood (though of course the side of the tongue is blocking hole 1). Our bodies are great at becoming relaxed and efficient over time... it sounds like you're on the right path.
