Can you describe how you close your throat for the throat tremolo? I can make a coughing sound on the blow, but I think I'm just sending small, fast bursts of air with my cheeks.

Hello Noah. Try it without the harmonica, this way you will hear easily if your throat is doing the work (the slight cough). Focus on the feeling of your throat as you slowly (emphasis on slowly) place the harmonica in your mouth. Once you feel confident that you're doing it correctly on the blow, work in the same fashion (no harp in your mouth at first) for the draw.
