hi, David,

i'm now studying Feelin' for the blues, and i'm having trouble because there are too many draws in a row and i feel fully filled with air. it also happens when i improvise in 2nd position, but then I can introduce some silence to let some air go, but in this song there's not such an option.

So, what could I do to solve that?

Hello J. Monllor. Here are

Hello J. Monllor. Here are some tips for you...

1) Make sure your nose is closed on the inhale (to test this, you should be able to play a draw note for at least 30 seconds, otherwise your nose is open. Watch the lesson on this page if you need help with this https://www.bluesharmonica.com/faq "I run out of breath so easily!").

2) Exhale as much air as you can before you start a tricky passage

3) Open your nose when playing a blow note in a passage, it's the way that we as harmonica players get rid of air while playing

4) Use the best harmonica you can afford (the better the harmonica, the less air it takes to play)

5) As your bending skill increases, how much air you use in a bend decreases (in other words, it will get better with time).
