Is this what a tube looks like when it's failing, or does this amp have a different issue? Notice at the end of the video, the smoke coming out of the top of the amp: https://youtu.be/6iiM3fheGRE
It's a Hohner Hoodoo (5w), only about 3 years old with very little use.

It happened spontaneously - it's the stock tube, never been replaced.
Guess it needs a trip to the shop.

that looks like a tube which is shorting out but there could be various explanations. Did it just happen spontaneously or did you just replace the tube and this happened?
that smoke is likely from another component which has burnt out i.e. not the tube. its not good news.
