Thank you for chiming in Marc. Yes, the key can be found on the top cover plate, right-hand side above the screw. Usually, the Blues Benders have the key engraved on the harmonica, on the top cover plate above the screw. If you don't see it, maybe this is some model I don't know about.
Do you have a tuner? Get your tuner and blow in hole 1 to see what key it is. If you don't have a tuner, there are websites that function as tuners. You need a microphone in your computer, but many come equipped with one already. This is one website:
